Finally, we did catch ourselves, and the decision to stop sending coas is now a reality. They were slowing down the shipping of the dolls too much, and the cart is really no proof of the doll being authentic. Today everyone can copy a piece of paper. So from now on, the dolls will come with eyes. They have names on the headback if someone wants to identify the doll in the future. I know we explained this before. I asked people what they prefer. The majority wanted the dolls to be shipped without the coa just they get them as soon as possible. We had a lot of coas made with that time so we still send them, but now all the new dolls have the logo stamp on their headback so we will no longer send the paper cart with them.

The factory is way ahead of me with shipping the dolls . I just recived Tammy and Nala which i will pack and ship next week. There are more dolls on their way to me but not arived yet.

The invoices for second payment of all the summer dumplings has been send out . If you have to many and can’t pay in time ( 15 days ) please contact us so we can make plans how to help you. With no contact and no payment your doll will be moved to shipping from sweden automaticaly with the aditional administration fee of 50$ added.

I'm so sorry I need to make this post. From now on, people who don't pay the layaways in time will need to pay for new shipping for the doll from Sweden.

We spend so much time chasing people, writing emails, and talking to the factory, so they sort the dolls out of the regular order and send them to me instead.

I need to keep them separate from the other extra dolls so I don't accidentally mix them and sell them again

Then We need to check the Paypal daily and hope the doll is paid. Sometimes it is ( without telling us it's done but late ), and many times still not. Sometimes, the second payment is missing or the third. Sometimes, people don't answer for months, then pay and complain we didn't send the doll directly after they did.

It's a mess.

The only solution for me should be to stop with layaways, but why should all the people who do it right be punished instead of those who don't?

So from now on, if your doll is not paid in time, she will be moved to shipping from Sweden, and you will be charged an extra 50$ for the work we need to put down. This is even for people in Europe; it's not so much less work with them not paying on time.

You all have 2 weeks after the invoice is sent out. After that, we will move the dolls automatically without contacting people, as we have done so far. And we will also add the 50$ to the invoice.

You always get at least one invoice and 2 reminders before that.

I will do a short drummer preorder for some dumplings. Molly first. From tomorrow to July 16. And I still didn't decide which dumpling will be the week after. Will look at them and ask them what they think. Maybe some of the girls will help me with the decision.
It will be one dumpling for a one-week preorder. Just a short summer event for those who missed the old girls of this size.

We are home after a great time and exhibition in Prague. I want to thank you all that coming and visiting us, We love to meet our customers/friends irl.
I think the next doll that will come from the factory is Shy Tween but I don’t have any info about when, I like you hope it will be soon.

I get home Aya, so I will ship those to Europe next week. Saffi Tween is on her way to me, so she will go out directly after.
We will have a short preorder for Nala, which is an MSD doll. She never had any preorder so far, so we can give her a chance to find her way to MSD doll collectors.

I have been thinking about the extra sales this week, but because everyone is fully busy with Christmas preparations and we all need some simple family time, the sales will begin next week. December 26, 12:00 Swedish time, I will put up the first dolls.
I will not ship anything now, so the shipping department is closed until the second week in January. So even if you buy a doll on the sale, the shipping will happen first then.
No layaways on extra sales.
More details are coming before the sales begin. :)

I sent out Lolla Twinkles and Masha Tweens to European customers today. I still don’t have Kyrra or Maki, so those will not be shipped before next year.
I have some extra dolls I need to sell to make space in my doll storage room. There are some Mae, Tias, and Masha tweens. I also have Chibbi Wienna, some Sissi dumplings, and Nunnu. I will count those, sort them out, and put them on the webpage for in-stock sales this and next week. You will be able to buy them now, but I will not ship them before the second week in January. The shipping is totally chaos now, and they really can’t handle it properly around Christmas time.

The factory shipped out Masha tween and Kyrra dumplings, Makki is next on the shipping list.
I get home Lolla twinkle and will pack them this week and ship hopefully next. Masha tween is on the way to me, so she should also arrive in Sweden before Christmas. I’m not sure if I will manage to ship them out before the Christmas post chaos is the worst, but because they are just going to Europe, maybe there is a chance to get them home to you in time.

Tia is shipped from the factory to the customers. You can get the tracking on the FedEx app and now we also send them to our helpers so you can ask them if you can’t find anything on the FedEx app. Russian dolls are not shipped with FedEx :)
I am still waiting on mine, but I did send out Nunnu last week.
The tween preorder will be short ones, so we can get those in for people who missed them before.

Tia is still not shipped, I will let you know when they ship. I get home Nunnu so I will begin packing them next week.
We will have preorders for Shy tween in cream and tan starting October 7 and going on for 2 weeks. Ending October 23. I will also try to do some of the other older tweens for those who missed them this autumn, but I’m not sure we will have space for them directly after Shy ( Addison, Avery, and Aki, Just one week each ). Not sure who will be next. Still trying to figure it out. :)

Tia is soon on her way. But this also means that you have to pay fast. I need to have all Tia on layaway paid before I let the factory start shipping

We are back to shipping from Sweden, I send out the Sissi and Cocco this week for Europe, and those who paid the invoices late, so the dolls get moved to Europe shipping. For the tracking, ask the helpers for your area. You find their mail address on the contact page. Next week I will begin packing Chibbi Wienna.
All who asking about Nunnu - SHE IS NOT SHIPPED YET!!! - and we don’t know when the factory will ship them. They work on them now, but the order was big, and they don’t ship in batches, just batches of color within a week between or so. But they always ship first when all the dolls are done and ready to be packaged in their boxes.
There are some invoices sent out, but they are not connected to the shipping time so you think about the new shipping/layaway payment system.

”Some good news - I finally got home the Sissi dolls from customs, and as usual, the Cocco and Wienna came at the same time. I will begin packing the Sissi and Cocco for Europe next week; when I'm done with them, I will do the Wiennas.

It takes around a week to pack them all and label them for shipping, so they should be on their way after August 8. For those who asked me to keep them a little longer, I will wait. ( people who are on a semester now )”

The Sissi dolls shipped from China directly to the customers have been sent out now. You can ask the helpers for tracking next week. Not tomorrow, please; it’s Sunday :)
The Cocco dumplings are also on their way from the factory now. Mine is not shipped yet, so Europa customers still have a lot of time to wait.

I have sent out the second invoice of three for Tia today. As usual, Check your Paypal. When the invoices are sent, you need to pay in 15 days
This only applies to customers to read and take care of old invoices that are not paid. I know I’m nagging, but I still have a lot of unpaid invoices that need to be paid, I have invoices that are not paid even though customers have received the doll, so I’m sorry, but I’m going to hold your newer order to cover that you owe us until you pay. You must mail me and let me know what is going on if you can’t pay so we can come to a solution together, don’t ignore me, please. I really really don’t want to keep customer dolls, and I have too much work to do. I don’t like to hunt unpaid invoices too.

Today the last invoice for Nunnu was sent out. As usual, check your Paypal. I won’t send the order to that factory until all have paid. Because we can’t give dolls away to people that never pay. I still have a lot of unpaid invoices, and that is not from Russian customer that has a problem with payment right now. I understand that. So you from Russia, I didn’t send out the invoice because I’m aware of the situation, and you need to mail me another PayPal address.

19 APRIL 2022

The second and last invoice for Wienna/Vienna was sent out today. So check your PayPal, and I still see a lot of unpaid invoices, so please check that too.
We have a slight problem with people not paying the invoices in time, so we need to change the payment and shipping policy to make it work.

1 - You need to pay in 15 days when the invoices are sent. If you don't, the factory keeps your order in max one week extra, and after that, the order will be moved to Swedish shipping. That means you will need to wait on the doll 2, sometimes 3 months extra than people who get the dolls shipped directly from the factory.

2 - If the doll is still not paid for when I get the doll, the order will be canceled. We will keep the handling fee of $150.

3 - !!! If you pay any time outside those two weeks, you MUST write a message to Ewa so she can see your payment. !!! Those get lost in the PayPal feed, and we don't find them, so we can't clear the order.

4 - There will be a set date for the invoice date when you place the order so you know better when to expect it to come. For the dolls with 2 payments, the second payment will be 4 months after the preorder closed. For dolls with 3 payments, the invoice will come 3 months and 6 months after the preorder close.

5- The dolls going to Charlene for faceup need to be paid at the same time as all the other dolls. I deliver them to Charlene. When she paints them has nothing to do with the last payment to me. Charlene is on her own, and when she paints, you pay her faceup and the shipping to her later. Those two payments are separate and going to 2 different companies. Just an explanation to people who think they can wait to pay me for the doll until Charlene paints it. That's not the case. You pay me for the blank doll. Charlene, for the spa treatment.

If anyone thinks it's unfair to need to pay for the doll when all others do and get her later there is always an option to buy a blank one, get her early, and ship her to Charlene yourself.

People are asking for Sissi dumpling shipping. The dolls are stuck in China because the city of the factory is in lockdown because of the corona. They can’t work, and nothing can be shipped out in at least two weeks if the virus doesn’t spread there. If it does, it can be longer :(
I shipped all the Twinkle Bailey and working on the freckles on Angie. She is next to be shipped from me.

Russia customers - all the orders made av Russian customers before the war are put on hold. We can't ship and you can't pay so we will keep the dolls until the situation is back to normal. Dolls on layaway will be kept in China until there is some solution for the payments.

Dolls alleady paid and shipped to me or Charlene are waiting for you at my and Charlene's home too we can ship to you again.

We can't cancel any orders and not refund the money either because Paypal and banks don't work and also because we already have your dolls made, and it's really not our fault you don't get them as fast as the other customers. We will ship them as fast as the shipping work again and they are fully paid.

The only dolls we can deliver now are those paid full and still in the factory. The factory is still able to ship to Russia. That's also why we keep even the new not paid dolls there, because if we find some way for you to pay we can ship them to you from the factory.

We don't support the war but of course, we still do our best to deliver what you ordered.

The factory ship a lot of dolls before they close for the new years celebrations in China. Therefore the Masha LL, Mae, Bailey twinkle, and Angie tween are shipped out from the factory almost all at the same time. They will ship the boxes with European dolls to me also but I still didn’t get them. In waiting time on them to reach Sweden I will sculpt to the end of February. Then hopefully I can begin with painting freckles and shipping the dolls to European customers in batches. So even if you see people get the dolls, everyone in Europe and those who ordered dolls with Charlene faceup has little waiting time left.
As it is now we just have tracking numbers for Masha and Mae. I didn’t get the others from the factory yet. The tracking helpers are :

The twinkle Chara and Sissi are packaged and will be shipped on Monday. Vill begins with packing Chibbi Fabbi next week.
The new Nunnu sprout doll preorder starts this Sunday. ( 28. 11. 2021 ) It will be fair and sunkissed this time. I will start the preorder 11.00 a.m. Swedish time with the in-stock sale of the reminding samples I have at home. There are really just 5 - 7 of each color so not so many people will get one but the open preorder will start directly after the sale is finished.

Some news again :) The Sunkissed big Ardyn finally made it home to me so I will begin the packing this week, paint their freckles in the weekend and ship them out next week.
The Twinkles from January/February 2020 preorders are shipped from the factory but mine is still not here so we need to wait a little more.

I still packing the dumpling Baileys for shipping this week. After that, I will go thru the boxes with the Saffi dumpling. I still waiting on the Ellas to come to me so those will be shipped later on.

I send out the second invoice for dumpling Bailey today. This is for preorder from September last year. The dolls are with me in Sweden with Swedish post so get your post app for tracking. It goes with UPSP in the USA, the rest of the countries you need to figure it out :) I have no idea which service carries the regular post at your home. I will begin with packing this week and the first shipment will be next week for the dolls without freckles and a week after for those who ordered freckled dolls. So count 2-3 weeks from now for me to get them all out.
All the twinkles Kyrra and Molly are shipped now.
After the Baileys are out I will ship Giggi dumpling and Saffi after her. Ella, I still don’t have. The factory just shipped them out to people and they will ship to me after.

This is no news but I guess people easily miss the policy.
If you cancel your order after the preorder is closed you will still need to pay 20% of the doll price ( not including shipping ). So think carefully and if you want to cancel do it before I close the preorder. After that, the doll is ordered and paid to the factory. The 20% is the cost for me to handle canceled orders.

I will begin packing the twinkles Kyrra / Molly this week, the shipping will start next Monday. It takes around 2 weeks to get all the dolls shipped. the freckled ones can be a little delayed. All the dolls are at my home and will all be shipped from Sweden. I know the shipping of the autumn orders from last year is a little messy but in the end, they will all go out to you soon :)

I will send out the invoices I need to send this weekend ( twinkles, some dumplings, and the Ardyn sunkissed order from December )
I will begin the shipping in August, First out will be the delayed Giggi, After her, I will ship twinkles Kyrra and Molly.- Middle and end of august.
Bailey will come next so I think she will go out at the beginning of September.
The factory ship Saffi and will begin with Ella soon. If you want a tracking number for the factory packages you need to get the shipping app that works in your country. The numbers are then automatically sent to your phone. The factory ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or EMS depending on the country they ship to and the service available for them. I don’t have the tracking number before later and can’t find it for you before all the dolls are out. The factory doesn’t ship all the dolls at the same time so you will get the dolls with a couple of weeks in between, which is normal. So the best chance to get the tracking numbers early is the mobile phone apps for all your shipping.

I opened the Giggi order which came to me. The cream dolls were fixable and Mjusi helped me with them but the damage on the tan and chocolate dolls are to much to handle and I will be forced to send them back to the factory for repaint.

After we tried to fix some of them the MSC don't stick to them anymore and they need a new faceup. There are shiny spots on the cheeks, dark spots, and missing blush. Little different issues from doll to doll are all caused by the facemask sitting too tight.

So for people who still waiting on Giggi you can choose to get the faceup money back and receive the doll as blank with the damaged faceup i Augusti or wait longer. I can understand the waiting time is too long because it will be a couple of months extra to get them fixed in the factory + the shipping front and back so my calculation is you will get the dolls to Christmas

I'm really sorry for this and I also give you the possibility to cancel the order if you wish.

This affects just 12 people and I will send you an mail so you can let me know your choice. Thank you so much

As if we didn't have enough of the mess with the Giggi order get damaged in the packing department, all the dolls with faceup already shipped and also all the dolls going to me. So I don't have any dolls with good faceup to replace your dolls with. As the situation is I can just refund you the money you paid for the faceup and you can use them for reparation of the blushing on the doll’s cheeks. The rest of the faceup is often I good shape and can be saved.

I will refund everyone so you don't need to write to me. I'm really sorry for this happening and hope you can all get the blush redone where you live

I already working with the company on a new facemask and packaging solution for next time but those poor Giggis will need help with their cheeks. You don't need to write to me, I will just refund everyone if you are lucky and your doll is not damaged be happy, as it is now the majority of the dolls have scratches on their cheeks.

I have some bad news and some good news. We can take the bad first

- sorry I'm so angry just now. The Swedish shipping service just returned one of my twinkle boxes to China. I have been chasing that box for 3 weeks now, make several calls and still, they mixed the numbers and send one of the 4 boxes back !!! The incompetence in this shipping service company is unbelievable. They could just say sorry we mixed the numbers up. This means at least 6 weeks delay for me to even get them home to me again.

Bailey dumpling is also stuck in shipping in 5 weeks now. This one going with UPS.

The Giggi going to me are just shipped so I don't even dare think about when I can get those.

If you can imagine the spitting angry Lama - that's me just now after the last call to Postnord again

- The good news - new preorder will be up tomorrow and because we all need to take it a little slow it will be just this one for this month

Some news for this week - READ - it's long but important

- I packaged almost all of the extra dolls today and will do the rest on Thursday ( family events tomorrow - don't be fooled by the word - it's dentist appointment ) Will print the labels on the weekend and ship them at the beginning of next week.

- Next dolls to ship from me will be the twinkle Kyrra and Molly. I will send out the invoices when I get the last box home, hopefully, next week. It's still stuck in customs here.

- I will send out the invoices for dumpling Ella and Saffi this weekend so they are paid and the factory can benign with their shipping after they are painted. Don't be surprised the dolls came not all at the same time, they ship the blank dolls first, after that they ship the painted ones in batches as they get finished so it will not be like when I send them all almost at the same time.

- The twinkles are the last dolls I will ship before taking a summer break. I didn't have any since I was at Charlenes home 2 years ago. It was working holidays with sculpting and a lot of dolly fun but there was someone making me delicious food and taking care of the basic needs so for me it was vacation

As it is now I either do shipping or take care of the complaints about shipping so I need to stop a while before I crash in the wall with my face first. It's easy for one person to be unhappy with something but it's not so easy to take care of 20 unhappy people for one or 2 persons. It takes time and energy.

So after the twinkles are sent out there will be no shipping from me before later August.

- We can not longer offer combined shipping for the dolls from the next preorder, not even the small ones because the shipping service gets so much worse with the covid madness and I can't afford to lose several dolls at the same time. There is no insurance covering that for me and I need to replace the doll with another one or a full refund which I always do. But at least one package = one doll lost. I lost more packages last year than I did in 7 years before. There are sure people who remember me telling them - don't worry if the doll doesn't come to you it will come back to me and I send it to you again - I can't say that anymore and it makes me sad. I know it doesn't make sense because it's more expensive and the service is worse, but I don't run a shipping company so it's not on me to explain

For the dolls bought before I will cover the shipping by myself, on the new orders there will not be combined shipping available.

- All people who have difficulties paying the layaway now because they get so stuffed in the time you can write to Ewa ( meadowdolls.ewa@gmail.com ) and ask for a delay. We can arrange that but then I really hope you pay the doll later because the factory ship when it's finished not when I get paid. And please write to Ewa just if you really need to move your payment of the invoice you already did, All questions about why we change the way the payments are done are answered in this post, we need to do so to make the future preorders run smoothly and to be able still to offer you a layaway option.

I know there will be some hiccups with the shipping changes but I hope in the end it will be good for everyone when we get the new system run smoothly.

- Next month there will be a new doll to order for you all and now I will figure out some summer fun for the fan page members so we can think about happy things again
