Shipping is $85  international registered airmail  - worldwide.
We no longer offer combined shipping because of the problematic shipping we had last year.
We can’t afford to lose more than one doll at once. Of course, if that happens, we will send you a replacement, but no insurance covers the loss for us.
Shipping is added to the first payment.
You can choose between full payment or two payment plans. I sent out an invoice for the second payment, and you need to wait on it.
I can't handle it if the money drops in as people get the possibility to send them. So wait on the invoices coming from me.

The dolls came to you nude with random Eyes. All the wigs, clothes, shoes, and accessories are not included. You can find the accessories on eBay, Etsy, or other shops for dolls.

There is  Charlene’s Smith faceup available for the blank dolls. Those faceups are Limited to 20. Charlene will contact you with the conditions when she gets the dolls.
If you choose the artist faceup, You will pay that to the artist when it's done.

The order can be canceled whenever the preorder is still open.
When you place the order, you pay a handling fee of 150 $; Those are not refundable if you cancel the preorder after the preorder period is over and the preorder is closed.
That means you can’t get a full refund with late cancellation. The 150 $ will be counted off.

Due to the doll's casting process, slight marbling effects might occur in the color of the resin.
This is primarily a risk in darker colors like tan.
This means that there can be a hint of color difference showing in the resin.

It takes approx 300 days after the preorder ends for the factory to make the dolls.
The dolls are shipped to the customers directly from the factory In China. Besides EU customers.
I anything of this is a problem for you, please reconsider the order.
